Privacy Policy
Dealer's Lattice is a puzzle game. It has no accounts and no sign-up, and we don't run servers that hold information about you. This page explains the few places your information does go, and why.
- AdsOn iPhone and iPad, Google AdMob shows ads between levels. It collects device and usage information to do that. You choose whether ads can be personalized.
- Your progressLevels, stars and settings are saved on your device and in your own iCloud account. We can't see them.
- PurchasesRemove Ads is sold by Apple. We never see your payment details, name or Apple Account.
- MacThe Mac version has no ads.
- Selling dataWe don't sell your information.

Advertising (iPhone and iPad)
The iPhone and iPad versions are free and supported by ads. We use Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, to show a full-screen ad between some levels. Ads never appear on the board while you play.
What AdMob collects
To choose, show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app may collect:
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), but only if you allow tracking when iOS asks
- An identifier for this app on your device (IDFV)
- Your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location
- Device and app information, such as model, operating system version and language
- How you interact with ads, such as whether an ad was shown or tapped
- Diagnostic information, such as performance data and crash logs

Your choices
- Tracking. When you launch the app, iOS asks whether Dealer's Lattice may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you say no, ads are still shown, but they aren't personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Consent where the law requires it. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and some US states, the app shows Google's consent form before ads are requested. You can review or change your choices later in the game's Settings under Privacy Choices.
- Remove Ads. Buying Remove Ads stops ads for good on every iPhone and iPad using your Apple Account. Once ads are removed, the app no longer requests them.
Your progress and iCloud
The game saves your level progress, stars, best times, hint counts and settings on your device. If you're signed in to iCloud, it also stores them in the private area of your own iCloud account, so they appear on your other devices. This data is kept by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. It is private to your Apple Account, and we have no access to it.
To delete it, delete the app from your devices. To remove the iCloud copy too, go to iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, or System Settings › Apple Account › iCloud on a Mac.
Purchases
Remove Ads is an in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Apple handles your payment and Apple Account. The app only receives confirmation from Apple that the purchase was made, so it can turn ads off and restore the purchase on your other devices.
Information kept only on your device
A few small records stay on your device and are never sent to us:
- How many levels you've finished since the app was installed, and when an ad last appeared, so ads stay spaced out
- Whether you've already been asked for ad consent
- Your in-game settings, such as sound, haptics, theme and the four-color deck
What we don't do
- We don't ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
- We don't use analytics services besides the ad SDK described above.
- We don't sell your personal information.
Under some US state privacy laws, showing personalized ads can count as "sharing" personal information. You can opt out by declining tracking, by using Privacy Choices where it appears, or by buying Remove Ads.
Children
Dealer's Lattice is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads in the app are set to exclude gambling and betting content.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict how it's used. Because we don't hold personal information on our own systems, most requests are best made to Google for ad data or to Apple for iCloud and purchase data. Changes to this policy
If the way the app handles information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
